Our mission is simple: seasonal food that is healthy and naturally delicious. Our venues sit at the heart of two vibrant and friendly communities. We cater to all dietary requirements including vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free and nut free.
Please chat to our staff if you need more information. We source all our food ingredients from the Sydney basin and serve Australia’s favourite coffee brand, Ministry of Coffee- Australia. Our food and non-alcoholic drinks are also available to take away.

Avalon
Located in the heart of Avalon village, we are one minute’s walk from Avalon’s iconic beach and the south Avalon headland. The main café faces Avalon Parade with a smaller covered courtyard area on the side.

Come down to our new venue in Narrabeen which is nestled under the Norfolk Pines of the Narrabeen headland. Sit on our terrace and take in the waterfront view and fresh sea breeze. nourished is a two minute walk from the North Narrabeen Rockpool and five minutes from Turimetta Beach and lookout. Sandy feet are always welcome.

Nourished’s food is always seasonal, healthy and delicious. Our menu changes seasonally, reflecting the best natural ingredients that we can source locally. We understand dietary requirements (including vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy/lactose free and nut free) and are able to modify dishes as needed. Nourished’s famous fresh juices and smoothies are available all day. Our fresh bread is supplied daily, including a number of gluten free options.
